Job Title: Accounts Officer Clerk
About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all accounts payable & receivable functions, including bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations, EOM processing, payroll, purchase order to job sheet reconciliations, and client and supplier liaison.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
* Reconcile bank, credit card, and petty cash accounts
* Process EOM reconciliations
* Manage payroll and employee benefits
* Reconcile purchase orders to job sheets
* Liaise with clients and suppliers

Requirements:
* Detailed knowledge of MYOB accounting software
* Extensive experience in administration management with customer contact
* Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and suppliers
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* An understanding of the sales process and the construction industry
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
