Travel Solutions Manager (Business Development)
At CT Connections, we do things differently and our Travel Solutions Managers (TSMs) are a big part of what sets us apart.
We're on the lookout for a commercially savvy, relationship-driven professional to join our growing corporate travel team. This isn't your typical sales role, our TSMs are trusted advisors and brand ambassadors, known for thinking laterally, building genuine partnerships, and delivering meaningful return on investment for our clients.
You'll work closely with key decision makers across a range of organisations, taking the time to deeply understand their needs and challenges, and designing smart, tailored travel solutions that truly make a difference.
What We're Looking For
Proven success in business development (ideally 5+ years), within corporate travel or a related industry
A natural relationship builder, with a strong network and the ability to create lasting partnerships
Confident, engaging communicator - someone who can connect authentically and negotiate with impact
A genuine passion for travel, paired with a strong understanding of corporate travel programs and commercial outcomes
A strategic, solutions-focused mindset - you're always thinking beyond the obvious
Experience working with CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline
