We are seeking skilled and reliable Painters, Carpenters, Tilers and Bricklayers to join our growing team. This role involves delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high professional standard. Full-time positions are available for immediate commencement.
Painter's Key Responsibilities
This role offers the opportunity to showcase high-quality workmanship across a range of painting projects, delivering finishes that meet exceptional standards of precision, durability, and visual appeal.
* Read and interpret blueprints, instructions, and work specifications.
* Examine surfaces to determine the required work, materials, and preparation.
* Complete on-site preparations, including erecting scaffolding and covering fixtures.
* Prepare walls and surfaces by scraping, sanding, cleaning, and removing old paint.
* Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces with precision and attention to detail.
* Protect surrounding areas from paint damage and maintain clean, organised workspaces.
* Mix and match paint colours using various techniques, tools, and pigment blends.
* Remove existing paint using industry-approved methods.
* Use a range of brushes, rollers, and tools to achieve high-quality finishes.
* Work on-site collaboratively with team members, subcontractors, and other trades.
* Support apprentices when required and contribute to timely completion of projects.
* Ensure compliance with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, OH&S, and environmental requirements.
* Identify and resolve issues professionally and diplomatically.
Tiler's Key Responsibilities

* Reviewing plans, measuring, and setting out work.
* Preparing wall and floor surfaces.
* Applying adhesives and laying tiles.
* Cutting and shaping tiles.
* Ensuring alignment, level, and spacing.
* Grouting and finishing.
* Applying waterproofing systems.
* Laying specialty finishes such as terrazzo, cement, and similar materials.
* Creating decorative tiling patterns and mosaics.
Bricklayer's Key Responsibilities
This role offers the chance to demonstrate skilled workmanship using brick, block, and high-quality masonry materials, delivering construction that meets exceptional standards of accuracy, strength, and finish.
* Review drawings and specifications to determine material requirements, measurements, and installation methods.
* Erect and dismantle scaffolding as needed to support bricklaying activities.
* Treat foundations with moisture-resistant materials and apply mortar layers to create stable base and bonding surfaces.
* Prepare and use mortar with hand tools for setting bricks and blocks.
* Construct brick and block work in designated courses, patterns, and designs, applying mortar between joints.
* Set bricks and blocks firmly into mortar and clean off surplus material.
* Ensure accuracy by checking and maintaining proper vertical and horizontal alignment during construction.
* Cut, shape, and finish bricks and blocks using hand tools and machinery, including adjusting materials to fit uneven or confined spaces.
* Carry out repairs and maintenance on brickwork, blockwork, and related masonry structures.
Carpenter's Key Responsibilities

* Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications.
* Measuring, marking, and setting out construction materials.
* Constructing and installing timber frameworks, walls, floors, roofs, and structures.
* Installing doors, windows, frames, and fittings.
* Cutting, shaping, and joining timber and other materials using hand and power tools.
* Installing formwork for concrete structures.
* Repairing and renovating existing timber structures.
* Ensuring accuracy in alignment, level, and structural integrity.
* Working with scaffolding and site safety systems.
* Installing fixtures and finishing carpentry work to required standards.
Skills & Attributes for all positions
* Trade-qualified or experienced bricklayer, tiler, painter, or carpenter.
* Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and surface preparation (including tiling systems and finishes).
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical specifications.
* High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship and finishes.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
* Effective communication skills; works well independently and in a team.
* Reliable, punctual, and self‐motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Physically fit and committed to workplace health and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements for all positions
* Trade qualification or equivalent experience in bricklaying, tiling, painting, or carpentry.
* 2–5 years' relevant industry experience.
* Valid driver's licence.
* White Card (Construction Induction Card).
* Ability to pass a Police Integrity Check.
