As our Environmental Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for all things environmental at Harvey Fresh. You will ensure our site meets licence and legal requirements, with a strong focus on wastewater treatment operations. Reporting to the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you will supervise two WWTP Operators and work closely with internal teams, regulators, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
* Ensure compliance with DWER and licence conditions
* Identify system improvements and implement procedural changes
* Manage environmental reporting, data analysis, and regulatory submissions
* Support capital planning and budget adherence
* Champion sustainability initiatives and HSE culture
About you
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science (or equivalent experience)
* 1 - 2 years' experience in wastewater management (not essential but highly regarded)
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and environmental systems
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with SAP and environmental reporting tools
