Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diamond Driller to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your expertise to contribute directly to the safe and efficient delivery of drilling services for our clients.
About the Role:
* As a Diamond Driller, you will be an integral part of our exploration and geoscience programs, operating and maintaining diamond drill rigs and associated equipment to extract quality samples.
* You will accurately log and document drilling activities and core samples, working closely with geologists and technical teams to optimize drilling performance.
* Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and environmental standards is crucial in this role, as well as supporting and mentoring junior drilling personnel.
* Routine maintenance and troubleshooting on drilling equipment is also a key responsibility.

* Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental standards.
Drilling Operations:
* Operate and maintain diamond drill rigs and associated equipment to extract quality samples.
* Accurately log and document drilling activities and core samples.
Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with geologists and technical teams to optimize drilling performance.
* Support and mentor junior drilling personnel.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Diamond Driller within the mining/resources industry.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in the field.
* Team-oriented with experience mentoring less experienced team members.
* Certificate III or IV in Drilling Operations.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
* Clean National Police Clearance.
* Full working rights in Australia.
