Call centre sales person for FARSPEAK AI What you'll do
* Make outbound sales calls to businesses and potential customers.
* Follow up warm leads and convert interest into sales.
* Clearly explain FarSpeak AI services, benefits, and pricing.
* Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
* Handle objections, answer questions, and guide customers toward a decision.
* Close sales and record outcomes accurately.
* Update notes, leads, and customer details in our system.
* Support basic marketing activities such as lead follow-up, campaign calls, and customer outreach.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, telemarketing, lead generation, or call centre sales.
* Strong selling skills, not just general customer service experience.
* Confident speaking voice and clear communication.
* Ability to build interest, explain services, and close sales.
* Resilience, persistence, and a willingness to meet targets.
* Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
* Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and CRM or lead tracking systems.
* Reliable, punctual, and professional.
* Experience selling services to businesses is highly regarded.
* Retail or customer service experience alone may not be enough for this role unless you have also been actively involved in selling, upselling, lead generation, or meeting sales targets.
* Proven experience in outbound sales, closing sales, meeting sales targets, following up leads, marketing or promotional campaigns, B2B sales or service sales.
