About This Role:
This role involves working closely with various business units to drive safety and wellbeing initiatives.
The successful candidate will take over the responsibilities of our current Health and Safety Advisor, developing and maintaining a strong organisational safety and wellbeing culture.
They will be responsible for providing health, safety and wellbeing solutions and support across multiple industries.
* Develop and implement effective risk management strategies
* Conduct incident investigations and provide advisory services
* Craft inventive and practical solutions to complex health and safety challenges

* Facilitate risk assessments, contribute to SOP development, conduct control verification and provide advisory services
* Implement safe systems of work, quality incident investigations and deliver visible leadership through learning, coaching and monitoring client groups
* Champion a positive and robust Health and Safety culture at all levels of the organisation
* Provide regular reports and detailed analysis of safety and environmental information
