Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and work providers
* Accurately quote vehicles on time, meeting average repair cost targets and adhering to industry procedures
* Process vehicles onsite by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
* Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
* Support production management of the centre where required
* Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
About You
Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in preparing estimates/quotation in the automotive smash repair industry
Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
Strong systems experience and proficient computer abilities
Ability to meet strict deadlines, problem solve, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
