We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Liaison Coordinator.
This role is part of our clinical service area, providing office/telephone liaison between clients, support workers, case managers and families to ensure exceptional client care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* To resolve interactions in the first instance or provide timely, detailed handovers to relevant areas.
* Rostering staff with qualifications to match client needs.
About You:
* You have administrative experience in face-to-face centre environments.
* Previous experience working in the Home Care/Aged Care sector is highly desirable.
* A full driver's license and previous rostering experience are essential.
* You possess excellent communication skills for phone, email and scheduling demands.
