Overview
We are seeking a reliable and personable MYOB expert to grow into an Office Manager. We are a small manufacturing company in the West Pinjarra industrial area, primarily in agricultural pursuits. This is a hands‐on, dynamic role suited to someone who thrives across multiple functions and enjoys being the central driver of business efficiency, organisation, and growth.
We are looking for someone who enjoys customer interaction, can build strong rapport with our customer base, is sales‐driven, and brings a positive and professional demeanour to the workplace. The successful candidate will be proficient in all areas of MYOB with extensive experience in reporting, building cashflows, payroll and general accounting.
Hours
The business operates across 5 business days. Standard hours and days are very flexible and we are quite prepared to work in with the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Customer relations via phone, email and face‐to‐face.
* MYOB sales and purchasing data entry.
* Processing of incoming and outgoing payments.
* Entering and checking supplier invoices and statements.
* Compiling documentation for the operations team.
* Filing, general administration, and administrative assistance to the General Managers and Owners where required.
* Stock management and ordering of office related materials.
* Payroll and HR.
* Compliance and WHS.
* Marketing.
* Broader business administration functions.
Qualifications
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
* Good computer and Microsoft Office literacy.
* Intermediate/Advanced level of MYOB experience.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* Positive and professional attitude with good phone manner and a bubbly personality.
* Qualifications in business, bookkeeping, administration, or a related field.
* Familiarity with the agricultural industry.
* Experience with the transport/logistics industry.
