This position requires a trade-qualified sheet metal worker or equivalent experience. Relevant experience in industrial cladding and lagging as well as a solid understanding of safe work practices and procedures is necessary. The ability to interpret drawings and meet deadlines is also crucial. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic is required for this role. Holding a White Card and relevant tickets is highly regarded.
In performing these tasks, the individual will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. This includes adhering to established safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully completing similar roles and be able to provide excellent results under pressure. They must also possess effective communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
