About The Role
Client Services Officer is an integral member of the Calvary Home Care team, being the first point of contact for clients, their carers and our support workers in the community.
Job type: Fixed Term – Task Specific. Location: Deakin, ACT, Australia, 2600.
Hours are Monday to Friday with a combination of both 8 am and 9 am starts.
Your Main Duties
* Scheduling client services
* Answering inbound calls
* Liaising with clients, carers and internal team members
About You
* Home or community care experience desirable
* Experience with rostering or scheduling preferred
* Good communication and time management skills
* Experience in an office or administration role beneficial
* Confident and pleasant phone manner
