Research Fellow Role (Level B)
This senior position involves leading and contributing to high-quality research projects aimed at reducing alcohol and drug-related harms. You will manage complex projects, develop innovative methodologies, and produce actionable outputs.
* Manage research, evaluation, and consultancy projects to deliver milestones and high-quality outputs.
* Design and conduct surveys, systematic reviews, and advanced data analysis for our projects.
* Prepare research proposals, reports, and peer-reviewed publications; contribute to external funding applications.
* Supervise student research projects and engage in knowledge dissemination through lectures, conferences, and workshops.
You will lead our research efforts, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of impactful results.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A PhD or EdD in a relevant discipline with a strong track record of high-quality publications.
* Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, statistical analysis, and working with large datasets.
* Strong scientific writing, project management, and communication skills to deliver research results for diverse audiences.
* Collaborative and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
