Junior to Midweight Account Coordinator Opportunity
Are you a hands‐on organisational guru with a knack for project management? We are looking for a proactive Account Coordinator to join a busy team within a major government department, helping to deliver high‐priority strategic campaigns.
This is an urgent freelance requirement starting as soon as possible, ideally by Monday, May 4.
The Role
In this fast‐paced environment, you will work closely with Marketing and Design teams to coordinate the delivery of essential campaign assets. You'll be the bridge between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring everything moves smoothly from artwork specs to final installation.
Your day‐to‐day will involve:
* Campaign Coordination: Managing artwork specifications and overseeing the dispatch of campaign materials.
* Supplier Liaison: Working with transport operators and external suppliers to manage the receipt and delivery of on‐network assets.
* Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships and providing clear visibility on works in progress.
* Project Admin: Developing installation guides and material instructions, alongside managing procurement and financial administration.
About You
You are a junior‐to‐mid‐level Account Coordinator/Service professional who is flexible, adaptable, and thrives when managing multiple priority projects simultaneously. Ideally, you come from a marketing background and are comfortable with industry terminology.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience in project coordination or account management.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail regarding technical specs and installation guides.Comfortable working on a PC.
The Details
* Start Date: ASAP (ideally by May 4).
* Duration: Ongoing freelance overflow support.
* Work Pattern: 4 to 5 days per week (7.5 hours per day).
* Location: A flexible hybrid model with 1–2 days per week in the office and the remainder working from home. You need to be based in Melbourne to be shortlisted for this role.
* Equipment: PC provided on‐site.
