Head of Distribution An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced distribution leader to join a well-established financial services business in a senior national growth role. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead distribution strategy, develop a high-performing BDM function, and drive market expansion across the financial advice and stockbroking landscape.

In this role, you will help drive the business’s national distribution strategy, leverage existing industry relationships, and open new opportunities across the advice and stockbroking market.
About You
Proven experience in distribution leadership, business development, or relationship management within wealth, superannuation, platforms, or financial services.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving growth results.
Comfortable leading people, setting direction, and driving accountability.
Well-connected across the financial advice and/or stockbroking market.
