About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity to join our high-performing Sales team in Perth as an External Sales Consultant, where success comes from selling our quality services and products.
You will be part of a long-standing, experienced team with proven success. Since this role involves travel and remote work, managing your time and coordinating a busy schedule will be essential. Building rapport with clients and helping them navigate the logistics and stress of relocating is also key.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out in-home inspections
* Formulating pricing and proposals tailored to clients
* Promoting our full suite of services to meet client needs
* Addressing service issues with effective and timely solutions
* Encouraging customer feedback to improve our services
* Maintaining exemplary customer service throughout
About you:
Ideally, you will have experience or exposure to the removals industry and demonstrate a customer-centric, solution-focused approach. This role is not a hard sell; empathy and respect for our clients in their homes are essential.
