Construction Project Manager
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Location: Ongoing projects in Bunbury, Geraldton, Esperance, Broome and other WA locations.
Salary: $120,000‐$140,000 plus superannuation.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of the company's building and renovation projects across regional Western Australia.
* Coordinate project timelines, subcontractors, suppliers, and site activity to keep projects on schedule.
* Communicate with clients, site supervisors, and trades to ensure work is delivered to the required standard.
* Review project scope, drawings, quotations, and construction requirements before work begins.
* Monitor progress on site and resolve delays, variations, and other project issues as they arise.
* Ensure materials, labour, and equipment are organised efficiently for active job sites.
* Oversee quality control, workplace safety, and compliance with company procedures.
* Provide regular updates and reporting to management on project status, risks, and completion targets.
* Support multiple projects running across Bunbury, Geraldton, Esperance, Broome, and other WA locations as needed.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in construction management, building, engineering, or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years of construction project management experience.
* Strong ability to manage regional construction projects from start to finish.
* Good communication, coordination, and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to work with builders, subcontractors, trades, and clients in a professional manner.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
