Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Table Grape Operations Manager is a hands‐on leadership role based at our Colignan Farm, located 40 minutes from Mildura VIC, supporting the delivery of operational and production targets across the table grape program.

What we are looking for:
The Operations Manager role leads day‐to‐day agronomic and farm operations, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to quality standards, while working closely with managers and supervisors to align farm programs and harvest priorities. A key focus is leading, coaching and developing frontline teams, with a strong commitment to safety and the health and wellbeing of all staff, contractors and seasonal workers.
What you'll do:
* Lead the implementation of horticulture programs to achieve operational and production targets.
* Plan, schedule and directly supervise day‐to‐day work activities of operators and seasonal staff, including chemical spraying, weed and pest control, vineyard hygiene, crop manipulation, crop protection, and pre‐harvest preparation.
* Oversee vineyard repair and maintenance activities, including plant, machinery and trellising infrastructure.
* Ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements, including accurate spray records, chemical training and spray calibration.
* Provide strong frontline leadership by managing rosters, time and attendance, productivity, performance standards, training and safe work practices.
* Manage key horticulture projects such as vineyard redevelopments, new varietal establishment, netting and crop protection initiatives, and capital expenditure proposals.
What you'll bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience working in a Table Grape vineyard is preferred.
* Knowledgeable about crop cultivation, manipulation and protection.
* Mechanical aptitude to undertake basic diagnosis and repair of farm equipment.
* Computer skills including Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).
* Strong focus on achieving results.
* Well‐developed interpersonal and social skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
