We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Reception & Operations Coordinator to join a fast‐paced and growing business. This is far more than a traditional reception role – you will be the operational backbone of the office, supporting leadership, coordinating business activities, and ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Team Support
* Support leadership with day‐to‐day operational coordination and task management
* Assist with implementation of business initiatives, projects, and process improvements
* Coordinate internal workflows and ensure operational priorities are met
Meeting & Calendar Management
* Manage internal meeting schedules, agendas, WIPs, reviews, and operational cadences
* Record actions, track follow‐ups, and maintain business calendars and milestones
* Coordinate internal events and business activities
Reception & Office Coordination
* Act as the first point of contact for calls, visitors, and enquiries
* Manage front‐of‐house presentation and office administration
* Coordinate meeting rooms, office supplies, mail, couriers, and shared inboxes
* Support onboarding, travel arrangements, and general office logistics
Compliance & Administration
* Track licences, certifications, training requirements, and renewals
* Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
* Assist with onboarding and staff administration processes
Inventory & Stock Management
* Monitor office, warehouse, and vehicle stock levels
* Coordinate ordering and inventory management processes
* Work closely with operations to ensure material availability
About You
* Previous experience in Reception, Administration, Operations Support, or Office Coordination
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, solutions‐focused, and able to work autonomously
* Experience supporting leadership teams will be highly regarded
