Program Overview
Citi's Summer Analyst Program is a 10‐week program dedicated to giving future business leaders a complete view of Citi's Corporate Advisory business through hands‐on experience. It is designed to equip interns with the knowledge and training needed to play a valuable role on their team and establish a long‐term career at Citi.
Responsibilities
* Complete an extensive training program to gain the fundamental skills of a Summer Analyst role.
* Take on assignments equivalent to full‐time responsibilities.
* Develop the core skills required of a full‐time analyst and gain direct exposure on deals and transactions.
* Successful interns may be offered a place in Citi's Graduate Analyst Program for 2028.
Qualifications
* Penultimate or final year student with strong academic achievement in a wide variety of disciplines (Business, STEM, Arts, Law, etc.).
* Demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
* Passion for finance and genuine interest to learn.
* Enthusiasm for contributing to the Citi community through teamwork, leadership, and mentoring.
* Commitment to personal success and the success of the institution.
* Ability to win and sustain the loyalty of institutional clients with confidence and good judgment.
* Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas to implement innovative strategies.
