Laundry Manager
* Ballarat, VIC
* Full time: Monday - Friday
* No late nights, no split shifts
Let's Be Honest...
Laundry isn't glamorous.
But running a tight, high‐performing operation where timing, flow and teamwork matter? That's where the real skill is.
This is a hands‐on role. You'll be on your feet, moving stock, managing machines, keeping things flowing and leading from the front.
If you like being active, solving problems in real time and keeping things moving, you'll enjoy this.
And yes... you can probably cancel your gym membership.
The Opportunity
Alfredton Laundry is a well‐established, growing local business servicing a mix of commercial clients including accommodation, hospitality, healthcare and allied health services, education sector, sport and leisure, industry and factory (inc. trades and manufacturing) facilities.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll take ownership of the day‐to‐day operation across both commercial laundry streams.
You will be responsible for production flow, coordinate the team, monitor machine performance and efficiencies, and ensure all incoming items are completed and dispatched on time.
You'll report directly to the owner and be trusted to run the floor.
