About the Role & Responsibilities
The Asset Officer undertakes activities that support project administration delivered under the investment, contract administration and operational administration.
Provide accurate, timely and comprehensive project administrative support to personnel responsible for the REPEX investment for the business unit.
Provide contract and operational administration support to the business unit.
Support internal stakeholders with the correct application of relevant administrative processes and systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Carry out duties in accordance with Power and Water's safety, environmental and quality policy, safety principles, corporate values and strategies.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Proven experience in providing a high level of administrative support in a relevant context.
* Demonstrated experience in the use of information, asset management and financial management systems.
* Experience in implementing and providing advice to stakeholders on contract administration.
* Experience with exception reporting, follow up and resolution.
* Experience with quality analysis and work flowing of operational administration activities of high volume e.g. invoices, purchase requisitions.
