About the Role
Vines Therapy is seeking a Talent & Client Engagement Specialist to drive our next stage of growth. This is a dynamic role combining recruitment, client engagement, marketing coordination, and community outreach.
You will help us attract exceptional allied health talent, grow our client base, and strengthen our reputation as a leading, values-led therapy provider. If you enjoy people engagement, marketing, communication, and building relationships, this role is for you.
This role sits in our Enablement Team and works closely with our Executive Director, Clinical Leadership and Client Enablement teams.
What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition & Pipelines
- Attract, engage, and nurture allied health talent (OT, Psych, SLT, EP, Therapy Associates, Core Support).
- Manage job ads, recruitment channels, talent pipelines, and university partnerships.
- Coordinate candidate engagement (info sessions, events, webinars, candidate journeys).
- Create employer branding content showcasing culture, pathways, and values.
Client Engagement & Lead Generation
- Respond to enquiries and guide families, referrers, and providers on services and pathways.
- Generate qualified leads through campaigns, outreach, CRM systems, and community networks.
- Build strong relationships with referrers (support coordinators, schools, GPs, community organisations).
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Track enquiry metrics and support Client Enablement with warm lead handover.
Marketing & Brand Coordination
- Create and schedule engaging digital content (social media, newsletters, videos, blogs).
- Support marketing campaigns that promote services, pathways, and talent opportunities.
- Manage brand presence across digital platforms with consistent messaging.
- Represent Vines Therapy at expos, career fairs, and community events (Melbourne-based, with occasional interstate travel).
Cross-Functional Support
- Work with Client Enablement, Business Enablement, Clinical Leadership and Executive Director.
- Provide insights on client and talent trends to inform service design and planning.
- Help build scalable workflows, processes, and templates supporting growth.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communicator with excellent people skills.
- Experience in recruitment, talent engagement, client engagement, marketing, or communications.
- Confident content creator (written, social media, basic video/visual).
- Highly organised and proactive; comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy: CRM systems, social media tools, digital analytics.
- Deep alignment with person-centred, values-driven care.
- Melbourne-based, able to travel across Melbourne as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in at least two of the following:
- Talent acquisition or recruitment
- Client engagement or account management
- Marketing, social media, or brand coordination
- Experience in allied health, health, education, or skilled services is essential.
