About the role
Airlock Services' is seeking an enthusiastic 2nd, 3rd & 4th year Apprentice Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our team in Brisbane, QLD.
As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and training in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. This is a full-time position that will provide you with the skills and qualifications needed to become a fully-fledged Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic.
What you'll be doing
- Assist experienced technicians with the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Complete theoretical and practical training to obtain your Refrigeration & Air Conditioning trade qualification
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various HVAC equipment
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies
- Maintain a safe and organised work workplace, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
