Key Responsibilities
* Executive Support: Manage diaries, emails, travel, expenses, and prepare strategic documents for leadership meetings.
* Client Engagement: Coordinate national client programs, track key metrics, and prepare reports for AU/APAC leadership.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Service Line and Geographic Leaders to execute client strategies and drive best practice.
* Strategic Contribution: Assist with large deal creation, client segmentation, and initiatives to increase revenue and cross-service opportunities.
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in high-level support
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a talent for problem-solving
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Initiative, creativity, and the confidence to make things happen
* Real estate Industry knowledge is a plus, with a strong ability to learn quickly required.
