We're searching for a Client Solutions Manager who can:
* Map out target clients and identify new revenue opportunities
* Build trusted partnerships through a consultative, solution‐oriented approach
* Leverage recruiting or HR-tech experience to position talent products and services
* Network confidently — pick up the phone, send voice notes, connect meaningfully
* Work independently with a self‐starter mentality

Requirements
* 3+ years of sales experience (talent acquisition, HR solutions, or SaaS preferred)
* Must reside in or around Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne
* Experience selling HR, recruiting, or workforce solutions
* Strong consultative and networking skills
* Has a track record of meeting targets and providing evidence of achievement.
* Experience driving both new business acquisition and managing existing client growth.
* Talent acquisition or recruiting exposure is a strong plus
