Offer description

**4 weeks contract with possible extension.**:

- **Hourly pay rate of $** **57.32/Hour+ Super.**:

- **Working onsite at the Canberra office.**

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You be responsible for managing the smooth operation of the Executive Unit including the Executive's schedule, maintaining efficient and effective office systems, and demonstrating high quality customer service.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Be a contact for enquiries to the Executive Branch Manager, providing a range of high-level administrative support functions including diary management, arranging, and scheduling appointments and meetings, managing telephone calls, travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Monitor the workflow, approval process and quality assurance of documents by ensuring all correspondence is correctly formatted on the appropriate templates and provided within the established timelines. This will also include appropriate electronic filing and use of the HPE Content Manager (TRIM) to progress for external clearances.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information in accordance with the relevant legislative and policy principles including maintaining records.
- Undertake other duties appropriate to this level of classification which contribute to the operation of the section and organisation.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience in or ability to provide high level administrative and secretarial services to executives and management teams. This includes a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated high level skills in Microsoft Office software and electronic records management system (EDRMS/TRIM).
- Sound interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including the ability to work with people across different levels and build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Relevant experience and/or qualifications in executive support/office management.
- Driver's Licence.
