The Opportunity
A rare opportunity exists for an experienced National Sales Manager to join a global commercial vehicle manufacturer at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation.
Based in Sydney, you will lead a national team of 8 across Dealer and Fleet sales, driving sales performance, strengthening dealer capability and growing market share across the heavy vehicle segment. With exciting new product launches entering the market, this role will play a critical part in redefining the brand's position and leading the dealer network through its next phase of evolution.
This role requires a commercially astute leader who can identify growth opportunities, influence senior stakeholders and deliver results across both dealer and corporate fleet channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and develop a national Dealer and Fleet sales team
* Drive national sales strategy and deliver growth across key markets
* Strengthen dealer engagement and capability
* Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals and senior fleet customers
* Identify new commercial opportunities within the heavy vehicle sector
* Partner with executive leadership on strategic market growth initiatives
* Oversee sales forecasting, performance analysis and market planning
* Support the successful execution of new product launches
About You
* Extensive senior sales leadership experience within the commercial vehicle/truck industry
* Deep understanding of heavy vehicle market dynamics and applications
* Proven success across Dealer and Fleet sales channels
* Strong executive-level negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities
* Experience leading change and influencing dealer networks
