What You'll Be Doing

* Prospect and build your pipeline using proven systems

* Manage buyer follow‐up and databases
* Attend appointments and learn negotiations

Sales Cadet
Gain hands‐on exposure to the day‐to‐day of real estate sales, including:
* Open homes and inspections
* Property campaign coordination
* Buyer and seller support
As you progress, you'll be introduced to prospecting, buyer management, and core sales skills — with a clear pathway into a sales role.
