* Overall, 10-12 Years of Salesforce CRM Implementation experience
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or enterprise environment preferably on implementation of CRM
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud
* Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud) Implementation experience
* Telecommunication Industry Background
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Velocity
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
