You will be at the forefront of innovation, testing solutions that enhance retail experiences, optimize business efficiency, and push technological boundaries. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a real impact on global software deployment.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools.Design and implement test frameworks, test suites, and test cases for web, mobile, and API testing.Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects.Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for test automation, ensuring seamless deployment and execution on BrowserStack.Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle.Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide recommendations for quality improvements.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of manual testing experience in a retail environment, with a focus on e-commerce, B2B commerce, POS systems, payments, and reconciliations.3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.Solid knowledge of test automation frameworks like Selenium or Cucumber.Extensive experience with BrowserStack for cross-browser and mobile testing.Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of SQL.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with performance and security testing.Knowledge of API Testing practices, graphql testingExperience with Shopify B2C and Shopify POS.Finance experience preferred.ISTQB or other relevant testing certification is a plus.What We Offer:Be part of a growing team that is shaping the future of retail technology.A chance to test first-to-market solutions that will be rolled out globally.Competitive salary and benefits package.Work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Collaborate with a passionate team focused on redefining the retail experience.Career growth opportunities with continuous learning and development programs.On-site job in Port Melbourne with the possibility of hybrid work later.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionQuality Assurance
