Our Client are an ASX-listed alternative asset manager with a focus on high-conviction investment strategies across real estate, private equity, and credit.
With over $7 billion in assets under management, As the platform continues to scale, the team is seeking a Investor Relations leader to join them reporting into the Head of IR, supporting their ongoing growth and engagement with the investment community.
Role Summary
Reporting directly to the Head Of Investor Relations and working closely with senior executives across Investments and Strategy, the Investor Relations Manager will take ownership of two listed vehicles.
This individual will be responsible for articulating the firm's financial and strategic position to institutional investors, analysts, equity markets, and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of listed real estate and equity markets, paired with the sophistication and presence required to represent a high-growth institutional investment platform to the market.
This role is pivotal in shaping the narrative of a business that operates with the pace and precision of an investment banking environment.
Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of investor relations, including ASX communications, investor updates, and engagement with equity research analysts and institutional shareholders
Serve as the principal liaison for the investment community, managing relationships with existing and prospective investors, broker-dealers, and capital markets participants
Collaborate with the Executive and Investment teams to craft and deliver clear, compelling messaging across financial disclosures, results presentations, investor days, and capital markets events
Oversee the preparation and delivery of the company's results reporting, including investor presentations, webcasts, and Q&A briefings
Monitor equity market trends, broker commentary, and peer activity to inform strategy and ensure consistent messaging
Provide strategic input to senior leadership regarding market perception, shareholder engagement priorities, and capital markets positioning
Ensure compliance with ASX continuous disclosure obligations and maintain best-practice standards in reporting and transparency
Manage the production and refinement of key documents such as the Annual Report, AGM materials, and investor updates
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a sophisticated understanding of listed markets and demonstrated experience operating within high-performance, capital markets-driven environments.
About You
10+ years of relevant experience within investor relations, investment banking, funds management or equities research
Strong technical grounding in listed real estate, REIT structures, equities, and capital markets dynamics
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distil complex financial strategies into investor-ready language
Prior experience engaging with institutional shareholders and analysts at a senior level
Highly commercial mindset, analytical rigour, and a proactive, polished stakeholder engagement style
Comfortable operating with discretion, pace and accountability in a lean, performance-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, economics or a related discipline; CFA designation or postgraduate qualifications preferred
