About You
- 2+ years experience as a Site Supervisor for a residential home builder in WA
- Strong trade background
- Positive and self‑motivated approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Confident in autonomous work within the build area
The Role
- Supervise and manage the construction of single and double storey homes
- Allocate materials and trades to job sites
- Ensure timely construction of new homes
- Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
- Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
- Maintain and update company systems
- Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite works
- Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
Compensation
A salary ranging up to $125K + super + package (DOE)
