Stamford Plaza Brisbane is currently seeking passionate and hardworking Commis Chefs to join our talented Kitchen Brigade on a Full-Time basis.

Duties And Responsibilities
* Responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures.
* Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
* Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer.
Requirements For The Role
* Minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity.
* Degree from internationally recognised culinary institution preferred.
* Working knowledge of safe kitchen practices.
* Knowledge in Food & Beverage & Kitchen regulations.
