Shadeworks is seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our team in Bairnsdale, Victoria. As a recently acquired and growing business specializing in shade sails and outdoor blinds, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team and help drive our success. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative, sales and project support to ensure the smooth delivery of our projects.
Key responsibilities
1. Customer data entry in preparation for sales
2. Managing the quoting process for customers
3. Liaison and follow up with customers
4. Purchasing/receipting
5. Maintaining daily project schedule
6. Lodgment of permits and compliance documentation
7. Basic accounts and reception work
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar administrative support role
2. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
4. Experience in using project management software such as ERP program Odoo
5. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
6. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
7. Knowledge of contract administration and project management principles is desirable
