Job Overview
The role of a People and Capability Expert involves providing accurate HR insights to support strategic decision-making within an organization.
* Collaborate with business leaders to develop data-driven solutions using Power BI and create tailored reports for local teams.
* Ensure the integrity of Oracle HCM data, maintaining hierarchies, structures, workflows, and reports as the Oracle HCM System Administrator.
* Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, adhering to access control policies and ensuring data security; design and manage document libraries, lists, and other resources.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
* A minimum of three to four years' experience in HR Analytics or Systems is necessary, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Advanced technical skills in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Oracle HCM, OTBI, and SharePoint are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality HR data and analytics to inform business decisions.
2. Maintain and improve the People Dashboard using Power BI.
3. Manage and optimize Oracle HCM data quality, including hierarchies, structures, workflows, and reports.
4. Design and implement SharePoint sites that meet organizational requirements.
