The Opportunity
* Manage a defined VIC & TAS territory within a specialist gastroenterology portfolio
* Represent established, market‐leading hospital products used in colonoscopy preparation
* Work closely with gastroenterologists, endoscopy units, nurses, procurement teams, and key decision‐makers
* Drive territory growth through strategic account management and clinical engagement
* Build long‐term advocacy across key hospital stakeholders
* Collaborate with a high‐performing national commercial team
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
* Deliver against territory sales targets and growth objectives
* Identify and convert new opportunities within existing and new accounts
* Conduct regular face‐to‐face hospital engagement to support product uptake
* Execute consultative selling aligned with clinical and customer needs
* Manage promotional spend effectively within approved budgets
Territory & Account Management
* Develop and maintain structured territory and account plans
* Segment and prioritise accounts to maximise commercial outcomes
* Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key decision makers (KDMs)
* Ensure consistent presence across hospitals and procedural units
Compliance & Administration
* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely reporting of all activities
* Complete all documentation, expense claims, and reporting requirements in line with SOPs
* Adhere to all relevant industry codes, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
* Report product complaints and adverse events in line with pharmacovigilance processes
Product & Industry Knowledge
* Maintain strong understanding of gastroenterology landscape and competitor activity
* Stay up to date with clinical trends and hospital purchasing drivers
* Develop deep product knowledge to support informed clinical discussions
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in account management or sales (healthcare, hospital, pharmacy or medical environment preferred)
* Strong relationship‐building skills with the ability to engage clinical stakeholders
* Comfortable working autonomously across a defined territory
* Tertiary qualification in health, science, business or related field
* Current driver's licence with willingness to travel across VIC & TAS
* Exposure to hospital environments or procedural‐based products highly regarded
