A leading aviation client is seeking a skilled
Project Coordinator / PMO Officer
to join their dynamic Program Management Office. This role will provide vital support across a portfolio of projects, combining traditional coordination responsibilities with a strong focus on project financials and reporting.
You'll work closely with Project Managers and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, financial tracking, and month-end reporting. The ideal candidate will be confident working with financial data in Excel and comfortable engaging with stakeholders to explain variances, trends, and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance and PMs to prepare forecasts, budgets, and monthly financial reconciliations.
Analyse project financial data, identify variances, and provide clear and actionable insights.
Assist with month-end financial processes and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and governance documentation.
Maintain project schedules, risks, and issue logs in alignment with PMO standards.
Build strong working relationships with Project Managers, Finance, and business stakeholders.
About You
Previous experience as a
Project Coordinator
,
PMO Officer
, or similar role within a corporate or government environment.
Strong financial management experience with a solid understanding of forecasting and budget tracking.
Advanced
Excel
skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Sound knowledge of
project governance
and reporting frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple priorities.
Experience with project management tools or financial systems (e.g., SAP, MS Project, Power BI) is advantageous.
