Position
Manager (Full-time, flexible schedule, Maxium 45 hrs per week, 5 days working schedule) : Weekend and overtime penalty and uniform)
Long-term commitment, capable of store management and team leadership
Salary / Compensation
* There is a 3 to 4-week training period.
* After training, Hourly, Before tax: Weekdays $30.80-$32.50/hourly (It depends on the store.)
* Weekend rates x1.25–1.5, Public holidays x2.25, Overtime x1.5 or x2 as applicable
* 12% Super
* Annual leave + Sick leave
* Pay: From $32.50 per hour
Responsibilities
* Store operations and management
* Team supervision and staff training
* Sushi and menu quality control
* Managing and reporting store sales
Requirements
* At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry.
* Sushi-making experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
* Weekend shifts will be required, and possible to commence work at 6:30 am in the morning.
* Must have a TFN
* Visa holders eligible to work full-time
* Versatile availability
* Good health
* Able to communicate in English
