We are seeking an Executive Assistant for an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected organisation and a supportive, flexible, and dynamic organisation who undertakes invaluable work to make a difference in the lives and safety of all Australians. In this role you will provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge and may undertake some research and analysis activities.
This is a non-ongoing position for 6 months with a 12 month extension and possibility of PERMANENCY
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating official meetings, travel arrangements and official functions on behalf of the branch, Regional Manager, and other Agency staff.
- Providing high level administrative support on personnel and financial matters within the Agency.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
- Experience in or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of record management systems such as TRIM.
- Excellent decision making, administrative, interpersonal, communication, multitasking and organisational skills.
- Experience in a similar role, particularly in the public sector.
- Baseline is REQUIRED
