Our team is seeking a skilled professional to lead our PHP development efforts. As the Lead PHP Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our ERP product and managing a team of developers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PHP development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. They will also be able to take ownership of the product and work effectively with clients.
* Execute projects throughout Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) in Agile environment
* Manage work allocation within the team and ensure timely delivery
* Work with the team to produce great new features, refactor old code, enhance APIs, and implement automated testing
* Ensure quality and comprehensive testing of the product and releases
Requirements
