About the Role
You will manage end-to-end site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations for roof replacement and repair projects.
* Inspect, scope, and report on required works.
* Supervise multiple projects simultaneously from commencement through to final handover.
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers ensuring clear communication of scopes and requirements.
* Maintain WHS processes and enforce safety compliance for all personnel on site.
* Liaise with clients, assessors, and the office team to provide updates and manage expectations.
* Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and sign-offs.
