The client is a reputable medical products manufacturer and distributor with an operation team that plays an integral part in delivering quality outcomes to patients and extraordinary service to the healthcare sector.
You will develop/maintain pricing structures and solutions to meet the demands of the business while also generating recommendations regarding pricing architecture.
**Key responsibilities and duties**:
- Prepare tenders and contracts in a timely manner
- Execute the preparation work involved in making pricing decisions for tender submissions and supply agreements
- Responsible for planning, pricing, product, and sales analysis
- Determine pricing for products and customers groups as required
- Develop price management analysis process, financial models, and management reporting to support key decision making.
- Conduct revenue, margin and customer analysis including providing recommendations to support price adjustment and profit return on a state by state basis
**To be considered for this role, you will possess**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business or similar disciplines
- Minimum 3 years work experience in tenders and contracts within the health, medical or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred and understanding of product costings
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills across all organization levels
