on-site dispatch tasks

Role Overview
As a
Network L1 Support Engineer
, you'll be responsible for handling on-site, ticket-based support tasks. This includes troubleshooting, installations, migrations, and general IT/network support. Tasks are dispatched
on-call
and scheduled
during weekday business hours only
(no weekend or after-hours work).

* Basic Must-have Tools:
Windows laptop, console cable, Ethernet cable
Key Responsibilities
* Perform
rack and stack
installations for networking equipment
* Configure and troubleshoot
switches, routers, and connectivity issues
* Manage structured cabling, patching, and printer support
* Provide console access
and assist in
system migrations/deployments
* Handle imaging/re-imaging
and other IT/network-related field tasks as dispatched
Preferred (Nice to Have)
* CompTIA Network+
or
Cisco CCNA
certification (or currently pursuing)

Tasks are assigned on-call
and scheduled only during
weekday business hours

for those available only after hours or on weekends.
