We are seeking a hands‑on, customer‑experience‑focused Operations Lead to own the operational heartbeat of the business and help shape the next phase of NUVIE’s growth.
Role Description
This is a hybrid position for someone who loves variety, autonomy and real ownership. You’ll manage warehousing, logistics, the after‑sales customer experience, product preparation and technician support – to help deliver a premium end‑to‑end experience for every NUVIE customer. You’ll work closely with the Founder and the fulfilment and services partners to play a major role in building the operational foundation as we scale. What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Experience
- Deliver a warm, premium and informative customer experience
- Support customers with onboarding, setup and after‑sales questions
- Provide “white glove” service at delivery and handover
- Collaborate with the Founder to refine the overall customer journey
Warehouse & Logistics
- Receive, inspect and organise inbound sauna and ice bath shipments
- Manage warehouse organisation, stock accuracy and inventory flow
- Prepare orders, accessories and dispatches for delivery
- Oversee freight coordination, tracking and damage‑prevention workflows
- Assist with occasional local deliveries as part of a premium customer experience
Product Assembly & Technician Support
- Coordinate and support Assembly teams with installs
- Perform pre‑delivery testing and quality checks
- Conduct minor troubleshooting and diagnostics (power checks, panels, lighting, speakers)
- Maintain high quality standards for all product preparations
- Occasionally assemble units in the warehouse
Operational Ownership & Systems Improvement
- Build and refine processes across warehousing, scheduling and customer operations
- Implement and improve the use of effective technology (HubSpot, Zapier etc)
- Identify bottlenecks and create scalable workflows
- Help shape how operations evolve as NUVIE expands
About You
You’ll be a outstanding fit if you:
- Have 3–8+ years’ experience in operations, field service / technician, logistics or similar
- Are comfortable with basic assembly, hand tools and minor technical troubleshooting
- Are confident communicating with customers in a professional, timely and friendly manner
- Enjoy a mix of hands‑on work, customer interaction and operational planning
- Are organised, proactive and motivated by building better systems
- Have interest in wellness, biohacking or premium consumer products
- Are happy working across warehouse, field and admin tasks
Bonus (but not required)
- Experience in sauna / spa, timber, electrical or installation environments
- Experience in small business or start‑up operations
- Comfort assisting with local deliveries in a company vehicle
