About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Alice Springs. This is a key leadership role for someone who knows the automotive industry, understands modern sales processes, and thrives in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and motivate the New & Used Vehicle sales teams
* Drive team performance and deliver on monthly sales targets
* Oversee stock, pricing, display standards, and promotional activity
* Handle escalated customer enquiries and support major deals
* Work closely with the General Manager to improve process, reporting, and profitability
* Support the sales team with hands-on selling when required
* Ensure all customer experiences are professional, transparent, and aligned with our standards
Requirements:
