About the role
* Provide end-to‐end procurement support across sourcing and purchasing activities, ensuring compliant, timely and value‐for‐money outcomes that support clinical and corporate services.
* Support procurement planning and delivery, including business case input, market engagement, evaluation coordination and contract administration in partnership with senior stakeholders.
* Deliver procurement analysis and reporting, including spend analysis, benchmarking and savings tracking to support informed commercial decision‐making and strategy development.
* Ensure all procurement activities comply with St Vincent's Health Sydney, St Vincent's Health Australia and NSW Health policies, probity standards and governance frameworks.
* Assist with contract management and stakeholder engagement, including maintaining contract registers, monitoring supplier performance and contributing to process improvement and procurement capability uplift.
About you

* Conduct procurement analysis and reporting, including spend analysis, benchmarking, savings tracking and performance reporting to support data‐driven commercial decisions.
* Ensure procurement activities align with St Vincent's Health Sydney, St Vincent's Health Australia and NSW Health policies, probity standards and governance frameworks.
* Assist with contract management and continuous improvement, including maintaining contract registers, monitoring supplier performance, supporting issue resolution and strengthening procurement processes and capability.
