Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large‐scale digital transformation program delivering an enterprise‐wide technology solution within a complex, fast‐paced environment. This program focuses on modernising core systems and improving service delivery through the implementation of integrated digital platforms.
In this role, you will work across multiple project streams, partnering with business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective solutions. You'll be responsible for end‐to‐end business analysis activities, including requirements planning, process mapping, documentation, and supporting design, testing, and implementation across both COTS and custom applications.
You will facilitate workshops, develop future‐state workflows (including BPMN), and produce high‐quality documentation aligned to project delivery frameworks. Operating in a collaborative environment, you'll ensure requirements traceability, contribute to solution design, and support delivery outcomes that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
This is a 12‐month contract opportunity through to mid‐2027, based onsite in Darwin, within a high‐performing, delivery‐focused program team.

* Ability to facilitate workshops and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
* Proficiency with BA tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience using BPMN and/or UML to document workflows and use cases.
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Experience working in large, complex environments; public sector or regulated industries highly regarded.
