Remuneration: $72,508.38 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Location: Lismore Linen Service, Goonellabah
The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking a motivated and experienced Linen Maintenance Supervisor (Non Trades) to lead and support our maintenance department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of resources and delivering high-quality maintenance services. Your leadership will directly impact service delivery and customer satisfaction within our linen services division.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will hold a recognised trade certificate and bring demonstrated experience in the operations of a maintenance department. Strong teamwork skills are essential, along with a commitment to delivering responsive and professional customer service. The Supervisor will be expected to build productive relationships across HealthShare NSW and with external clients, while keeping up to date with industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
