Facilities Management Professional
This is a part-time role that supports the delivery of nationwide facilities management services.
* Deliver facilities management services via digital platforms
* Manage compliance records, including audits and documentation
* Monitor service schedules, task management systems
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
* Maintain contractor training, vetting, insurance records
* Compile data and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
* Support administrative tasks, purchase orders, work orders
* Communicate changes to team members and stakeholders
* Provide backup support for operational duties as required
* Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction initiatives
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
